Compton Engineering is a family run business now into its third generation, with more than 50 years experience in the trade. Kevin (or Percy as most know him) began Compton Engineering over 9 years ago. Formally a foreman in a large engineering company, when Kevin was made redundant, he bought the necessary tools and using his experience in the industry began Compton Engineering. Compton Engineering owes most of its success to Kevin and the families hard work and creativity.

We are a family-run business who has retained our traditional beliefs while moving with the times to remain extremely competitive in offering an unbeatable service.

Since the outset of forming the business Kevin has invested heavily in machine tools, knowing that only by continual progress in the workshop and systems, he can offer competitive products whilst maintaining high quality.

Some of the other family members you will find working hard for Compton Engineering are;

• Tony is Kevin's father, he has many years of metal work experience and helps make gates and railing's and works on various other jobs.
  
• Vilma is Kevin's sister. She is company secretary and helps to keep Kevin in line.
  
• Chris is Kevin's son-in-law, he works as an Electrician,  but on weekends he is often on site jobs with Kevin or down the workshop operating the cnc machine.
